As part of Aotea Group, the team have significantly assisted many organisations by being able to provide a single solution which has streamlined the operation of many of our clients businesses by taking away the inconsistencies and risk that they were experiencing with having to manage multiple suppliers and additional layers of sub-contracting across multiple sites up and down the country.

Mike Crawford
Managing Director
Mike has worked in the New Zealand network infrastructure industry for more than 28 years.
From the early IBM type 1 thru to the latest GPON and Copper systems,
Having contracted to the NZ Government, Mike has overseen projects delivered to Education, Corrections and Health sectors, while also delivering a number of projects in the Aviation and Data centre sectors for publicly listed ventures.
Wireless and Fibre Optic Networks are a specialty, while not forgetting about the everyday importance of quality installation practices and standards for network cabling.
Mike is a certified designer and installer for Commscope, Systimax, Legrand, Siemon, Hubbell, Schneider.
After twenty years in the Auckland region, Mike joined the Aotea Team as Business Development Manager for Data & Technolgy based in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.
Working with key suppliers Mike has made a focus around the quickly growing technology of passive optical Lan. Deploying POL across a range of industries.
Aotea are now a preferred supplier for Regional and local councils, government depts and retirement / lifestyle villages.
Mike also chairs the Aotea groups ICT steering group and is currently engaging in projects for the delivery of digital strategy, procurement and change management.
Paul Parsons
Director
Paul has been part of Aotea for the last 37 years in many roles. Paul’s current role is as a director on companies inside the Aotea Group along with being reappointed as a director of AGHLL. Paul is supporting the CEO for AGHLL and due to his experience across many facets of the entity is also acting as a mentor and trouble shooter as required.
